‘The Witcher’ Season 3: Teaser will be released in two parts in June and July.

  Henry Cavill’s final episodes as Geralt of Rivia are shown in the first official teaser trailer for Season 3 of “The Witcher,” which was released by Netflix. Liam Hemsworth will take over the role in Season 4. On June 29, a five-episode Volume 1 will be made available in all countries, and on July 27, a Volume 2 comprising the season’s last three episodes will be made available. As the monster-slaying White Wolf, Cavill is portrayed in “The Witcher” with Freya Allen as the princess of Cintra and Anya Chalotra as Yennefer of Vengerberg. Season 3 will also see the return of Joey Batey, Mimi Ndiweni, Eamon Farren, MyAnna Buring, Wilson Mbomio, and Tom Canton. Read more

NBA star Eric Montross diagnosed with cancer

  The Montross family revealed Saturday on the Tar Heels team Twitter account that Eric Montross, a former national champion with North Carolina and first-round choice in the NBA draught, has been diagnosed with cancer. The 51-year-old Montross is starting therapy at the UNC Lineberger Center in North Carolina. The family released a statement on Twitter that read, “Our family is of course deeply concerned, but we have spent nearly three decades in the fight against children’s cancer and know well the incredible advancements that are being made in oncology treatments, as well as the power of love, prayer, support, and positivity.” Read more
